Pot Pie Recipe

Hey! I'm not one of those fitness people who think you have to eat boiled chicken and brocolli for every meal. Cook foods you like! Losing weight and being healthy does not have to be full of bland food or starvation! This is one of my favorite recipes! Try it out! Let me know what you think!

Pot Pie

1 lb of chopped, cooked chicken breast (I use turkey a lot too)
2 cans of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 10 oz bag of thawed mixed veggies (I use a large can of VegAll most of the time)

Combine all of the above in a 9x14 pan

In a seperate bowl...Combine:
1 Cup Heart Smart Bisquick
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Skim milk

Pour over the pan of chicken, soup and veggies
Cook @ 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until Golden Brown
