Let the good times roll...

Hey everyone! Welcome to my blog!
I started this to share my thoughts about eating and exercise. I'll share easy low cal recipes and tips to help you on your way! However, I'm sure you will also find random rants and raves about all types of things! I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I also love to paint, I love old stuff and I love to organize! I'm also a tv junkie (I know...trainer/lazy) and I like to read. So basically you can expect any and everything from me on here!
